HOW IT WORKS

1. Set Your Desired Workout Parameters – Simply input your preferred work time, rest time, and the number of rounds you want to complete. Whether you're pushing through HIIT, circuit training, or any interval-based workout, the INTRVL Band allows you to customize your session to fit your needs.

2. Hit Go & Let the Band Take Over – Once you’ve set your workout, just press “Go.” The band will automatically begin your workout by counting down to the start of your work period.

3. Work Mode – When the work timer begins, the band will count down to let you know when it's time to go all out. Stay focused, give it your best effort, and let the INTRVL Band handle the rest.

4. Rest Mode – After your work period ends, the band will automatically switch to rest mode, counting down your rest time, so you don’t have to worry about stopping or starting the timer yourself.

5. Automatic Transitions – The INTRVL Band ensures smooth transitions between work and rest periods. When it's time to work again, the band will remind you, keeping you on track without any effort on your part.

6. Repeat for Your Desired Rounds – The band will automatically repeat this process for the number of rounds you’ve set. No need to touch the band – just follow the timer's cues, and focus entirely on your workout.
