Returns/Exchanges

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items for a full refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Final sale items, such as clearance or personalized items, are non-returnable.

3. How to Return an Item

  • We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item.

4. Return Shipping

5. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the replacement item once we receive the returned product.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide a full refund or exchange for the item at no extra cost.
